Q. How do I change the quantity of an item?
A. You can change the quantity of an item by clicking on your shopping cart; then simply change the number under the quantity box and click update. The page will then refresh and reflect your new quantity.
Q. Do you only accept Discover? That is the only method of payment I see.
A. We accept Visa, Mastercard and Discover. To change method of payment, click on the arrow to the right of discover and select the type of card you wish to use.
Q. Do I have to create an account or sign-in to place an order?
A. You do not need an account to place an order. Creating an account just stores your customer and shipping data for easier ordering the next time you return. (Note: The system does not store credit card information.)
Q. Do you still have Elsie 13-28 and the Mildred Keith books?
A. Unfortunately, those books are out of print. (See the question below: "Is there any way to get an out of print book?"
Q. I can't find the audio cassettes. Where are they located?
A. We no longer have audio cassettes. All of our audio messages are now available on CD only.
Q. I can't find the item that I am looking for, can you help me?
A. You can search for items using the search button. Type the name of the item in the box and press the search button.
Q. The item I am looking for is not on the website anymore. What happened to it?
A. If the item is not on our website, it means that we are no longer carrying that item. If the item is a book, then that book is out of print and no longer available.
Q.What is your refund policy?
A. Defective merchandise may be exchanged for the same title.
Q. Is there any way to get out of print books?
A. The best way to find out of print books is to search for them on the Internet. Sometimes you will find a used copy of one of our books that someone else is selling, or an original printing of a book that we have reprinted. Some search tools to use are:
